Claude Seymour House, 817 W. Hutchinson

The two-story Seymour House is inspired by classic English country homes. A porch breaks the otherwise symmetrical facade. The house has numerous leaded glass windows with geometric patterning. This design motif and its variations are used consistently in the home’s decorative elements to lend a measure of continuity. You can see a similar pattern to that of the windows in the balustrades enclosing the front terrace.
