Douglass Park Bench

Follow the path back to Douglass Park and head south on Sacramento Drive toward Ogden Avenue and look for the golf course. Among several nearby benches, one in particular betrays its age and has started to sink into the earth. WHAT TO LISTEN FOR: While resting on a bench, listen for the crickets adding to the chorus of cicadas, as well as birds in flight. Sounds of the city fill the open space of the golf course.
