Technically just outside the historic bungalow district’s southern boundary, you’ll still find yourself in bungalow country but with more appearances from 2-flats and small apartment blocks. Builders on this parkside stretch of Parker between Kilbourn and Kostner clearly capitalized on the allure of greenery with oversize bungalows on oversize lots and stylistic range that includes a riff on the American Foursquare (4418 W. Parker). While the architecture has less cohesion, this is a truly delightful block.
