Landmark West Loop

This just-completed apartment tower is New York architect Morris Adjmi's first Chicago project. Known for his work in NYC's Meatpacking District, Adjmi's design for this 30-story building references its historic industrial surroundings, deploying a grid-patterned facade that converses with the old timber lofts nearby, despite an overall form that reads as Modern. There is also an element of structural expressionism in the exposed steel. This 300-unit luxury high-rise was developed by Related Midwest and offers a wide array of amenities to go with outstanding skyline views.
