Joffrey Tower

10 E. Randolph St.

DETAILS:

This is the Joffrey Ballet's first permanent home since their arrival in Chicago in 1995. The Joffrey Tower is a modern mixed-use commercial and residential high-rise. It was completed in 2008 and originally intended to be named Modern Momentum. It sits on the same spot as Burnham and Root's Masonic Temple Building, which was demolished in 1939. The Joffrey Ballet's third and fourth-floor facilities include administrative offices and a series of seven state-of-the-art rehearsal studios overlooking the most picturesque stretch of State Street. The Joffrey Ballet performs at the Auditorium Theatre.
