This 57-story, 490-unit luxury apartment building opened earlier this year in Streeterville, a newer cousin to Optima Chicago Center. The building's amenities fill three levels and include a gym, yoga studio, steam rooms, sundeck terraces, outdoor grills, theater rooms, basketball, bocce and squash courts and a golf simulator.
