With its futuristic reflective facade of folded glass, the Spertus Institute is architectural origami that stands out along historic Michigan Avenue. The building’s eye-catching wall of windows is made up of 726 pieces of glass in 556 unique shapes. The LEED-Silver certified building features sustainable materials and multi-story interconnected interiors. It offers unique panoramic views of Grant Park, the lake and the city. The building incorporates spaces for academic, cultural, and public programming.
