City Hyde Park

One of Chicago's most eye-catching new residential high-rises is sculpted out of a playful alternating array of concrete triangles and parallelograms. This design offers a contemporary take on Brutalist architecture. The angular south-facing balconies are innovatively designed to appear free-floating. City Hyde Park's sleek, undulating north facade provides an excellent vantage point to the north and east—including views of Lake Michigan. Comfortably-furnished tenant lounges provide a space to get to know the building’s complex form. The lounges also open out onto a pleasant rooftop deck and green roof.
