DETAILS:

This 37-story concrete office tower was designed by renowned Chicago architect Harry Weese in 1972. In the late 1990s, the Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill was hired to renovate the Modernist classic, focusing on the lobby and lower floors which he rendered in a neo-classical style. More recently, the lobby has been enlivened by a projection installation and the new, modern amenity floor is now open featuring a variety of lounge and meeting spaces, a gaming area, fitness center and more.
