The DiPrizio family founded Chicago Distilling Company in 2010 and opened their distillery and tasting room in 2014. This third-generation distilling family focuses on unique small batch whiskeys, vodkas and gins made from organic grains sourced in Illinois. Instead of straightforward bourbon and rye, Chicago Distilling takes it a step further with flavorful whiskey variations like "Chocolate, "Stouted" or "Belgian Dark Strong Ale."
