360 North Green is one of the hot Fulton Market District's newest office buildings. Designed by Gensler, the approximately 500,000 square-foot building features creative amenity, retail, and Class A office spaces. The building interior is distinguished by highly efficient column-free floor spans. With an eye for making in-person work more alluring in our post-pandemic work-from-home era, the developer went all-out on the amenity front. Highlights include a secret duckpin bowling lounge, roof deck, bar and lounge, a half-acre public park serving as the building's front yard, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
