Regents Park Apartments

Regents Park is a 1,026-unit apartment complex situated along the Kenwood-Hyde Park border. It is composed of two parallel modernist tower blocks of 36- and 37-stories. The complex is notable for its turnaround from a neglected HUD property to a vital rental property serving a wide cross-section of the community. Located on the site of the former Chicago Beach Hotel resort and hugging the lakefront, the towers also sport some of the best lake, park, and skyline views. One extraordinary building amenity, usually reserved for residents and their guests, is the Bergen Garden, a 3rd floor terrace garden and designated bird sanctuary designed by renowned landscape architect Phil Shipley.
