Make City Incubator

Founded in 1967, the Industrial Council of Nearwest Chicago (ICNC) might be considered the granddaddy of local business incubators. Its mission is to spur growth among startups and established businesses in the manufacturing, food processing, apparel and technology industries, providing free resources in business advising and workforce development. ICNC’s home is the historic former Wolff plumbing supply factory at Damen and Fulton on the Near West Side. It is one of the world's largest and oldest business incubators, with over 110 tenants in its 416,000-square-foot facility.
