Park Heights by the Lake

The former Shoreline condominium building, a 16-story neo-gothic classic overlooking Jackson Park, has been fully renovated and converted to market-rate rental apartments. The brick building with concrete trim is surrounded by green space and recreation, from the Lakefront Trail and beaches to the Jackson Park Golf Course, South Shore Cultural Center, and the sublime South Shore Nature Sanctuary. The just-completed renovation includes restored stained glass windows in the two-story vintage lobby, historic light fixtures throughout, and many new building-wide and in-unit luxury amenities.
