Stone Terrace

This lakefront Tudor mansion is older than it appears. The structure was built in the Queen Anne style in 1883 and later restyled. It was a single-family residence for more than a century before it was painstakingly restored and renovated into Evanston's second bed and breakfast—which opened in 2016. The expansive mansion now boasts five beautiful and distinctive guest bedrooms named after prominent Evanston women. Amenities include a spa, sunroom, gym, billiards and game room and perennial gardens. A grand dining room, luxurious living room and cozy library round out the architectural highlights.
