Units have wood plank tile, oversized built-in closets and high ceilings. The building was designed with socializing in mind, with amenities that are regularly activated by community events like movie screenings and pizza nights. There's also a co-working lab, modern gym, communal kitchen, dog park, fire pit terrace and rooftop grilling entertainment area. A custom mobile app allows for keyless entry to units and amenity areas and controls thermostats.
