DETAILS:

300 South Riverside Plaza is a 23-story Class A office tower completed in 1987. The 1.1 million square foot building stands in part over train platforms at Union Station and boasts a curving green glass wall that mimics the river and allows for unobstructed views from any floor. The building recertified for its LEED Gold designation by the U.S. Green Building Council in 2022. In 2021, DMAC Architects articulated their vision of the continuation of the Chicago Riverwalk along the building's east facade. And in 2023, the Climate Action Museum joined the building as a lobby tenant, offering education and facilitating action on climate mitigation in Chicago.

ENTRANCE INSTRUCTIONS:

Enter on Jackson Blvd. across from Union Station.

VISITOR EXPERIENCE:

Visitors are welcome to explore the river lounge, patio, west plaza, lobby, and a vacant office space on the 8th floor.
