DETAILS:

Originally built by the Armstrong Brothers Tool Company in 1905, this warehouse was involved in the production of bicycle parts until 1948. It was subsequently used for metal and cardboard recycling, but by 2013 it was in a state of disrepair. In 2018, HAVEN Home Staging and Redesign moved in as the first tenant of the newly-restored building. HAVEN specializes in home staging, a process where furniture and furnishings are brought in to vacant or occupied homes to make them more appealing to potential buyers. To facilitate this work, their over 11,000 square-foot warehouse is full of on-trend furnishings from accessories to furniture.

ENTRANCE INSTRUCTIONS:

The main entrance and free parking lot can be accessed via the driveway to the right / south of the building adjacent the alley between Carroll Avenue and Fulton Street. Enter and park in the rear of the building. The entrance is not on Francisco Avenue.

VISITOR EXPERIENCE:

Most of first floor warehouse space featuring staging inventory will be on view by self-guided tour.
