A landscaped public entry plaza is located along Madison Street. The second floor hosts tenant amenities, such as a fitness center, a conference center, a media room and a dining facility. The sixth floor includes a roof apiary and garden that uses a rainwater irrigation system--the first of its kind in the city. Recognized for its exceptional energy-saving measures, the building was honored with the ComEd RcX Project of the Year award in 2023.
